Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using the online tools (“the Service”) provided by time.those.kr (“the Site”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Site provides everyday tools such as IP lookup, a timer, a stopwatch, a world clock and date and time calculators, free of charge and without an account.

2. Accuracy of results

• Results and information are provided for reference only. Please verify them by other means before making legal, financial, contractual, medical or other important decisions.
• IP location and provider information is an estimate based on public databases and may be inaccurate.
• World clock times and daylight saving rules follow your browser’s time zone data; changes in national rules may be reflected late.
• Timer alarms may not ring, or may ring late, depending on your browser and device settings (silent mode, power saving, background tab throttling and so on). Use your device’s built-in alarm for anything you must not miss.

3. Your obligations

You must not:

• send excessive automated requests that disrupt the Service;
• hack, probe or bypass the Service’s security;
• send spam, advertising, abusive or illegal content through the contact form, or impersonate others;
• use the Service for any purpose contrary to law or public order.

The Site may restrict access or contact submissions from users who violate these rules.

4. Advertising

The Site may display ads, which are labeled as ads. Any dealings on an advertiser’s site reached through an ad are between you and the advertiser, and the Site is not responsible for them.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Site’s design, software and text belong to its operator. Copying, distribution or commercial use beyond personal use requires prior permission. You are free to use the results you calculate with the Service.

6. Changes and interruptions

The Site may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Site is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the Service, or from errors in results.

8. Privacy

The handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
